ODM Model United Nations (ODMMUN) is a dynamic academic simulation that enthrals students in the intricate world of international diplomacy. In this immersive experience, participants step into the roles of global diplomats, tackling pressing international issues and drafting innovative solutions through rigorous debate and negotiation. As they engage in these discussions, students deepen their understanding of diplomacy, international relations, and the workings of the United Nations.


ODMMUN serves as a transformative platform, introducing students to the intricacies of global governance and diplomacy. Delegates participate in high-stakes discussions, honing their public speaking and presentation skills while developing critical thinking and research abilities. This environment fosters a profound understanding of global governance and diplomacy.


Organised by the ODM Educational Group, this youth-led initiative empowers aspiring peacemakers to confront global challenges and drive meaningful change in their communities. Through their involvement, students gain invaluable experience, building the confidence and skills needed to become effective problem solvers and leaders.


Incepted in 2018, ODMMUN established itself as a premier platform for young minds to engage in the complexities of international diplomacy. Starting with 275 delegates in its inaugural year, the event grew to include 325 participants by 2019, featuring numerous committees that fostered essential diplomatic and negotiation skills. Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic in 2020, ODMMUN seamlessly transitioned to a virtual format, bringing together 150 international delegates alongside 300 from India, ensuring the continuity of impactful learning. Together, let’s inspire and equip the next generation of peacemakers to drive global change.
